    Yes, you can do a guest purchase.

    With all popular browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox, it is best to use the latest version.

    Is it possible to visit the MINI Shop using my tablet/smartphone?

    Yes, it is possible to view the MINI Shop on a mobile device. If you enter the shop directly through a mobile device you will be directed to the mobile version of the shop automatically.

    How do I find a MINI Dealer?

    Select “Choose a Dealer” on the top menu of the MINI eShop. Enter your postal code or type the name of your city. Your selected MINI Dealer will be added to your profile as a cookie.

    What is a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

    A VIN is the vehicle identification number or chassis number of your vehicle. Please only enter the last 7 digits.

    Where do I find my Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

    To find your VIN number, please look into your Vehicle's Registration Document. Alternatively, you can find your VIN number on the bottom left-hand-side of your front windscreen. Please only enter the last 7 digits.

    What benefits do I get for selecting a vehicle in the online-shop or for entering the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

    By entering the VIN, only the parts relevant to your vehicle will be shown for a quick and easy purchase process.

    Is it possible to select my vehicle without a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)?

    Yes. This is possible via the model selector tool. It is preferred that you enter a VIN as this will ensure that only the correct parts for your vehicle are shown.

    Why are some products not offered online (batteries, etc.)?

    Your MINI Shop currently offers a wide selection of parts, accessories and lifestyle. Due to safety reasons some of the products are excluded from the MINI online shop. If you miss a specific product, your MINI Dealer will be pleased to help you.

    Is it possible to make an order without selecting a vehicle?

    Yes. You can order all products from the Lifestyle category or selected vehicle accessories without a VIN.

    How do I make a purchase on the MINI shop?

    Start your online order

    Choose a MINI Dealer whom you would like to place your order with. Then you can add the desired products to the shopping cart. The online order process is started by pressing the "Apply and proceed to cart" button. By clicking on the "Proceed to Checkout" button, you will see an overview of your selected products. To complete the ordering process.

    Step 1: Guest Purchase

    Simply add the products to your shopping cart and proceed with the checkout process.

    Step 2: Address Options

    Complete the “Customer Information and Billing Address” fields and proceed with the “Next order step”.

    Step 3: Payment Options

    In this step, you enter your payment data completely. Only VISA/Master cards are accepted for purchasing purposes.

    Step 4: Order summary

    A summary page is displayed showing your personal information, payment options as well as the products you have selected. Confirm your entered data and select “Proceed to Payment”.

    After the order has been completed your order number is displayed. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details to the email address you provided. Your order will be processed by your selected MINI Dealer.

    How do I find out whether my order has been received?

    As soon as your order has been received, you will receive a confirmation email.

    Is it possible to deliver my order to a different address?

    Yes. You can choose your invoice address to be different to your delivery address.

    How do I find out whether my order is available for pickup?

    As soon as your order is ready for collection at your MINI Dealer, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address you specified.

    Will I receive an invoice for my order?

    Yes, you are sent an invoice to your specified email address. If you do not receive this information, please contact your MINI Dealer.

    Is it possible to cancel my order afterwards?

    Your order can not be cancelled until it has been processed by your MINI Dealer. Please contact your MINI Dealer for any cancellation questions.

    What is the cost to return an order?

    This depends on the general terms and conditions of your MINI Dealer. Please consult your ordering Dealer.

    Will the refund of costs be send via the payment method with which I made the purchase?

    Please contact your MINI Dealer to make the necessary refund arrangements.

    My delivery was incomplete. What can I do?

    Please contact your MINI Dealer, where you ordered the products from.

    Is there a warranty on the products from the MINI shop?

    Yes, all original MINI products carry a 2 year warranty.

    How is my personal data protected?

    All data you enter in our MINI Shop are securely encrypted using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Payments are processed through individual MINI Dealers through their official payment provider.

    What payment options do I have in the MINI shop?

    You can use your VISA or Master Card to make a purchase on the MINI shop.

    How long does delivery take?

    The delivery information is available on the MINI shop of your selected Dealer.

    Do you deliver outside the borders of South Africa?

    No, we only deliver within South Africa.

    What shipping options are available?

    You can collect at the Dealer or ship to an address of your choice.

    Why is it not possible to ship some products, but only to pick them up at the MINI Dealer?

    Some products from our MINI shop, such as dangerous goods (batteries, liquids, etc.), are subject to legal regulations, which do not allow shipment. These products must then be collected from your MINI Dealer. For further information, please contact your MINI Dealer.

    Am I able to track my order from the MINI Shop?

    Yes, you can track your order from the MINI Shop. To track your order click on the “Order Tracking” link in the “Customer Support” section of the footer. This link will take you to the online tracking service.
